政治とカネ「逆風収まらず」民主地方は今も反発（読売新聞）

　鳩山首相と小沢幹事長の「政治とカネ」の問題に対しては、辞任決定前から、公然と批判する民主党の地方組織があった。２人の説明責任は果たされておらず、今も反発は続いている。

　「もっと早く決断してもらうべきだった」。民主党岐阜県連の伊藤正博幹事長は、２日の首相の退陣表明後、読売新聞の取材にこう語った。

　党本部に対し、公然と批判の口火を切ったのは、同県連だった。４月１２日、執行部の刷新を求める意見書を党本部に提出。名指しこそしなかったが、伊藤氏は「鳩山首相や小沢氏の政治資金問題を念頭においた行動だ」と説明する。岐阜選挙区は改選数２。２人を公認したが、自民、共産両党なども１人ずつ擁立した。「今度は民主党には投票しない」。県民からはこうした声も寄せられているという。伊藤氏は「参院選を戦えないからといって辞めたのでは、かつての自民党と同じだ」と指摘する。

　静岡県連も党本部に反旗を翻していた。静岡選挙区（改選数２）で、小沢氏の「２人区に２人擁立」の方針に反発し、党本部が独自に擁立を決めた新人の支援を拒否。党の支援組織である連合静岡の会長が３月末、「支持率低下の最大の原因は政治とカネの問題だ」と記者会見で批判する事態に発展していた。首相の退陣表明後、同県連の岡本護幹事長は「このままでは共倒れも心配される。次の代表と幹事長は、政治とカネにクリーンな人がいい」と語った。

　鳩山首相は２日の記者会見で、自らの資金管理団体を舞台にした偽装献金事件について「大変なご迷惑をおかけした」と改めて陳謝したが、巨額資金の使途は明らかにしなかった。小沢幹事長も、検察審査会による「起訴相当」の議決などを受け、一度は衆院政治倫理審査会に出席する意向を示したが、辞任を受けて審査会が開かれる可能性は低くなった。

　３日朝、民主党の参院選立候補予定者は各地で一斉に街頭演説に繰り出した。福島選挙区で立候補予定の新人は「政治不信を一層深めたとの批判は謙虚に受け止める」と訴えたが、足を止める人は少なかった。

　前日は有権者から「退陣で政治とカネの問題が終わったわけではない」と言われたといい、「逆風は全然収まっていない」と感じているという。
